Manage acceptance testing and sign-off on Project Change Request (PCR) work products (software, hardware, documentation etc) delivered by vendor. Provide IT support to the Marketing department. The IT manager will maintain an expert working knowledge of their product(s), along with a basic understanding of other similar product functionality being deployed.
