The successful candidate will be experienced in process design, developing user requirements for system implementation/design and roll-out of change management/training. The individual should be a creative problem-solver with the ability to move from quick prototyping to enterprise-level thinking as applicable. This individual is a key player effort for continuous improvement of R&D project operations to drive long term gains in Invitrogen R&D productivity, efficiency, and return on investment for the corporation.
