Expert understanding of BGP and EIGRP, access-lists, JunOS, IOS firewall, PIX firewalls, IPSec, ATM, Frame-relay and QoS to name a few. Demonstrated success in providing best practice engineering process, support, implementation and network DR planning/execution. Proven knowledge of reporting and metrics. Ability to interact with all levels of management both inside and outside IT services infrastructure.
