Manage a team of five-ten software developers; provide mentorship, performance management reviews for onshore staff; coordinates resources to ensure coverage on all projects; capacity plans resource needs with internal/external teams; troubleshoots issues. Support the Product Owner and Product Analyst/Specialist to understand product roadmap; plan investment cases, coordinate estimating efforts with software development teams, explain product-line technology choices to clients and executives and schedule constraints and cost.
