Hire, develop, and retain a team of Technical Account Managers dedicated to delivering Technical Account Management based services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Serve as Technical Account Managers liaison to internal teams to drive customer engagement and process improvements. Deliver on quarterly revenue, margin, and customer go-live objectives. Align with regional sales teams to develop new software and professional service business including, but is not limited to, active participation on strategic prospect/customer opportunities.
