Manager of Technology and Architecture is responsible for driving the underlying technical strategy and design of the company's information systems in the Americas. Consults with the Business Relationship Specialists to understand short and long term business requirements in the areas of business applications, information management, voice and data networks, environment and security management, information access, directory services, messaging and application integration.
