Plans, manages and implements global telecommunications services to business units primarily in North America, incorporating new technologies within the environment as required. It delivers customer/business unit service management, project management, vendor management and technology infrastructure integration. The position is also responsible for consistent operational practices, driving compliance and standardization throughout the organization. Thorough understanding of voice telecommunications technologies and carrier services is mandatory.
