Assist in day-to-day operations including direct management of Web Services and Publishing teams. Assist with schedules for all production jobs and continuously update project priorities, keeping production resources aware of those changes. Responsible for maintaining contract resources schedules related to upcoming projects in the work queue. Keep internal customers up to date on the status of anticipated deliverables, ensuring adequate resources to achieve those deliverables.
