Manages the daily operation and staff of the Store System's Software Management Department. Defines, develops and monitors adherence to Store Systems software project life cycle methodology. Establishes and monitors software deployment policy and procedure standards. Recommends and advises all divisions on new and enhanced store software pilot and deployment strategies. Manages the Windows Operating System environment ensuring a stable environment for stores by maintaining OS, Patch, and Anti-virus standards are met.
