In this position, you will be managing eight to ten highly experienced and skilled mask designers, providing mentoring and career development plans, preparing and tracking schedules and/or deliverables. Responsibilities may be also include working with other MD managers onsite and/or cross-site to manage the resource requirements through peaks. Ability to collaborate and work well with remote sites and in a cooperative team environment.
