Must be able to manage a diverse set of technologies and further the Center and department strategies and goals. Will perform direct line management activities for employees in the section, including performance management, career development and resource allocation. Participate in the review and development of section members' tasks to ensure that quality products are being developed. Must ensure two way communications for section members and provide day to day liaison to the programs concerning employee job assignments, performance development and recognition.
