Oversees the planning, organization, and management of the life cycle activities in development and maintenance of statistical programming systems and tools for data analysis and review by biostatisticians and statistical programmers. Leads and manages the effort in developing cost efficient, innovative, hardware independent, globally oriented, flexible, expandable, user friendly computer software systems for statistical applications.
