The Network Architect is intended to investigate scope and initiate new applications/architectures within the organization and get them introduced to the business with the full backing and understanding of all GTO sub-groups and the business owners impacted. It is also intended to highlight potential synergies and opportunities for leveraging applications and developments through the group to develop business opportunities at a manageable cost. A specific responsibility will be assisting diverse business units in developing their technology for specific needs whilst keeping within the company's standards and employing economies of scale.
