Oversee the service delivery for all aspects of IT support for the Business & Programming business units.Hands on responsibilities troubleshooting the NetworkCollaborate with other technology teams in the project planning process, database design and implementation processes, deployment, training, documentation, and production support.Work closely with peer management team to set strategic technical direction for IT Operations.
