Job Description:
The jobholder's mission is to set SLA and manage internal and suppliers to manage performance, process compliance and chronic issues; monitor service levels and conform to contractual (OLA/SLA/SoW) obligations, leads regular performance review with internal suppliers. Additionally, this person will lead corporate and non-corporate telephony solutions and be central to the technical design and determination of future strategy for corporate voice solutions.
