This position's responsibilities require IN-DEPTH UNIX/LINUX skills and experience filling a SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR role. A minimum of 3-5 years experience in an Operations environment is also required. Experience supporting IVR BASED APPLICATIONS strongly desired. The position is tentatively for the night shift; however, candidates must be flexible and willing to work on any of our 3 shifts (days, evenings or midnights) in order to meet the needs of the business. The shift requires providing coverage on one mandatory weekend day.
