Ability to manage the day to day office IT support (file/mail/print/domain servers, network, end user desktop/laptops, disaster recovery, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external personnel. Excellent ability to handle significant workload with experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
