Manage and provide technical guidance for the development, implementation, installation and ongoing support of information systems and processes including but not limited to servers, workstations, LAN, voice, and operational equipment (EMCS, PLCs). Consult with management (site and global) to assess computer system needs in support of functional operations: determine scope and priority of projects, discuss system capacity, and equipment acquisitions.
