The position is open due to expansion. The incumbent uses their full life cycle implementation to understand the makings of a successful implementation. At this level the incumbent has probably attended formal Oracle training and has read overview material like functions in detail guide and has experimented and tested Oracle system functionality. The incumbent has read detailed documentation and Oracle docuprint material. The incumbent is able to translate business requirements into Oracle terminology and Oracle terminology into business terms.
