The BSA is responsible for planning and conducting, in partnership with business clients, the analysis of complex business issues. Based on wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Provides leadership in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business clients requirements. Creates specifications for business systems to meet these business requirements. When system automation is identified, facilitates the translation of business requirements to system specifications and designs.
