Manages typical budget of $50 to $100MM annually comprised of multiple engagements - often with 15-20 projects running simultaneously. Provide leadership to the Financial Services vertical business units. Oversees daily activities of operations to maximize practice scheduling and real-time utilization of resources; determines employee mix for the practice and the projects. Reviews ongoing performance results to targets, takes corrective measures with authorization, and escalates as needed.
