As a program manager or program director, assume full-time, total responsibility for the successful execution of a project/program from requirements definition to go-live and production support. Heavy experience in PeopleSoft HCM modules implementation experience. Oversee multiple accounts where we have a few consultants working in a staff augmentation mode. Make sure these projects are clean from an administrative standpoint (revenue forecast, account receivable, project estimation etc.), visit the client periodically (be on the lookout for opportunities to expand our presence).
