Power MOSFET technology development and product design, requiring an experienced, motivated engineer. Projects include designing state of the art planar and trench power MOSFET devices for next generation of computing, portable and telecom/automotive applications. Focus will be on device and process simulations, mask design and layout, and process integration. Strong interaction with marketing, applications, process integration and manufacturing towards definition and realization of new products is required.
