Daily interaction with field sales personnel providing guidance on the application and installation of STC equipment in HVAC systems. Interaction with field personnel must include systems applications advice, creative solutions to unique customer needs, use of competitor knowledge to create advantages. Develop tools/documentation to support field sales as well as automate processes to support common inquiries.
