Research, develop, design and test electronic, electrical and mechanical components, equipment and systems. Coordinate activities involved in their fabrication, operation, application, installation and repair. Focus on processes and process improvement. Directly supervise Technical employees in the Engineering department. Give direction to Drafters and Designers. Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Performs other duties as assigned.
