The Program Manager is a member of the development management team for multiple assigned projects or programs in the product area. Program Management is an integration and coordination role working with members of development including Engineering, QE, Usability, and Documentation to facilitate the effective development and delivery of products. The Program Manager is also an important primary liaison between the project team and the larger community (e.g. marketing, sales, operations, tech support and senior management).
