This position has a specific focus on supporting our Public Sector, and State & Local Business. Develop an expert knowledge level of one or more company product line for all supported operating systems environments. (e.g. MVS, UNIX). This level of expertise includes not only usage, but also understanding of how the product is implemented for that environment and how to tune the environment for optimal performance.
