Research, design, create, and maintain clear, accurate, and professional documentation, including API reference and conceptual documentation, programmer's guides, and white papers. Work directly with engineering, marketing, QA, support and others to define documentation requirements, and then lead a team of writers in the design and implementation of the developer documentation set. Collaborate with Developer Support and with other writers to make sure documentation meets both the product and customer requirements, and is delivered on time with high quality in multiple online formats.
