Responsible for supporting scale-up of bioprocesses from bench top to pilot-scale. The position supports efforts to evaluate and implement novel, advanced technologies in the Bioprocess R&D organization. Requires demonstrated effectiveness in collaborative projects, and ability to communicate effectively with scientists and management in a highly matrixed organization. Good organizational skills desired to accomplish both line and matrix responsibilities.
