The Product Operations Manager is a unique role responsible for identifying, sizing and prioritizing opportunities to remove barriers to shopping and purchasing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on understanding of technology as well as the ability to negotiate and affect change. The role requires a high level of creative thinking in order to solve complex technology and business issues while collaborating across the Business, Development and IT teams to improve site functionality.
