Responsible for driving the execution of quality goals related to carrier customer requirements. Must drive necessary process and product improvements in support of continual improvement and achievement of customer quality goals. Proactively drive actions internally and with supply base to meet customer expectations for quality. Work with field return repair organization to identify causes of field failure and drive corrective and preventative actions.
