Job Description:

The Production Support Engineer (PSE) is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting the Electronic Payment Services (EPS) product suite. In addition, there is a focus on accounts, reconciliation, and follow-the-money types of research, most of which is done in the database. Basic knowledge of accounting is a plus, and so is direct banking experience.
