The Program Delivery Team Lead supervises a group of Project Managers and/or Program Managers within a specific geographically defined area. Works closely with Sales, CS, Partners, Customers, and other TSG groups to manage the life cycle of highly complex, high risk projects from architectural design through customer and Customer Service turnover.
