Defines the objectives and strategies of the program, to include strategic and company objectives consistent with customer and contractual requirements. Facilitates the timely planning of the program consistent with program requirements and objectives. Assigns areas of responsibility for the program and communicates the plan to all. Drives the implementation of the program plan utilizing the tenets of proactive teamwork. Ensures the completion of tasks assigned to function organizations (or Integrated Product Teams).
