Lead, plan, manage UNITE Account Planning project following and strictly applying Company Project Management Methodology. Manage around 11-24 people in the scope of the UNITE Account Planning including vendor, Company technicians and business people. Responsible for create an Account Planning System (one regional tool designed on an regionally agreed set of requirements) that focuses on and supports the related critical business processes required to support the commercial strategies and implement it in the affiliates of Western Europe region.
