Provides leadership in defining and deploying technology solutions that support IT Operations quality improvement program. Designs and implements assigned infrastructure services initiatives. Responsible for managing large, highly complex projects including overall project review, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution, control metrics and closure in infrastructure support services. Coordinates internal and external communication, issue resolution, vendor relationships, training plans, and successful transition to support and maintenance teams.
