Project involves outside plant construction, wireless and data networking. Outside plant consists of constructing extensive conduit/manhole infrastructure system, as well as placing and terminating fiber between 100+ buildings on post. Data networking solution involves the installation of routers and switches utilizing the IP protocol over Gigabit Ethernet. Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the project. Responsible for overseeing all installation (by both internal and contracted parties), and ensuring successful implementation.
