Responsible for all aspects of project planning and setup including development of Work Breakdown Structures, Gantt charts, deliverable schedules, risk assessment, budgets and financial reporting systems, and supplier Statements of Work. Initiates and develops estimates for program and project initiatives including financial and resource forecasts. Develops, analyzes, and maintains cost, technical, and schedule performance measurement baselines and variance analyses.
