The Project Manager role provides a combination of functional, project, and technical leadership within the BIG IT Web and Delivery shared services organization. The Project Manager leads cross-functional project teams consisting of technical and business professionals (Technical Leads, Business Analysts, Onsite/Offshore Developers, Business SMEs) throughout the complete project lifecycle, manages complex projects related to cost reduction and/or revenue generation through process efficiency and effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and quality.
