Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of a designated program or project to ensure that goals or objectives of efforts are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Oversees and coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing programs & projects and serves as a liaison between core IT Processes and Enterprise Business Units. Assesses program & project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Follows IT Core Processes and Sub-processes.
