The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the successful implementation of the clients products at Customer sites. This includes the planning, organizing, and integration of all implementation activities according to the guidelines stated in a contract or statement of work. The Project Manager serves as the control point during the implementation process and has direct responsibility for negotiating and coordinating resolution for all implementation issues at the Customer site.
