Conduct project portfolio analysis of all proposed projects relative to risk, value and strategic direction. Reviews risks, issues which impact the entire portfolio. Conduct regular portfolio reviews with portfolio owners and/or project managers to ensure adherence to methodology and stage gates / governance. Maintain master schedule of projects with key milestones and key messages in order to highlight schedule and/or resource risks. Begin to understand resource loads and provide recommendations.
