This role will work within a challenging and growing environment to design, develop, and implement an automation infrastructure to execute automation test strategies (including performance and load testing), and Quality Assurance (QA) processes. The successful candidate must develop extensive knowledge of the company's products, automation tools, Rational Tools Suite, and QA processes, and must be an abstract and creative thinker, capable of learning and summarizing complex concepts and issues.
