As a Software QA Engineer, the candidate will participate in analysis, planning, and performance of quality engineering activities to assure the quality of products prior to release to company customers. Specific to this QA Engineering position is to help lead, track, report and help resolve pertinent voice & video applications by being actively engaged in project team meetings and through mentoring, answering questions, technical classes, and product documentation reviews. The candidate will also help build out and troubleshoot lab & staging infrastructure.
