Key responsibilities: Oversee QA PMs who manage production support and project-level activities in the Informatics domain. Coordinate resource demand and budget across projects and domains. Manage the workload and project allocations for QA resources within the domain. Track progress of projects and report release-level status, dependencies, constraints and assumptions, ensuring QA milestones are met, on-time and within budget.
