Take responsibility for implementation of new product features, from architecture and design through testing and documentation. Work closely with the company Product Marketing and R&D teams in Europe and the US to understand requirements for new features, estimate implementation effort and build a feasible development plan. Lead a team of 2-3 software engineers. Assist with the recruitment of team members, provide technical mentoring, ensure continuous skills development and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
