Develop radar/EW systems of systems concepts and corresponding requirements and potential implementation designs. Lead the planning for current and future (e.g., inputs to roadmaps) customer technology programs. Create and execute digital simulations to evaluate system concepts and quantify tradeoffs. Develop and test RF simulators/software simulations to assess operation of complex electronic systems within distributed multispectral man- and hardware-in-the-loop environment.
