Provide technical leadership, from analysis through installation and configuration of the following BMC tools: IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Support Suite (CSS), Action Request System (ARS) and Mid-tier. Provide product usability, evaluation and support to development teams, including the analysis and investigation of CRM applications/systems, graphics, web, multimedia, voice response and conversational user interaction.
