Proven expertise in telephony and network systems, which would provide a basis for leading and participating in small engineering teams to develop state of the art telephony network and information operations tools and techniques. This includes developing applications for VoIP, SS7, and ISDN networks; reverse engineering malware in both static and dynamic environments to understand its capabilities and the threat it poses; and researching new concepts for developing situational awareness tools that enhance a user's view and understanding of large, disparate data sets.
