This position is responsible for successful delivery of SAP CRM solutions utilizing technology and process transformation. The position will also have direct involvement in business case development and performance measurement. This position provides hands-on team leadership, direction and mentoring to the team as well as manages client relationships. Preferred candidates will have deep understanding of SAP CRM operations and experience with SAP CRM 4.0.
